Kazi Industries is a manufacturing unit in Pune engaged in supply of Aerospace/Automotive components in machined condition. CNC Machining of critical components is their forte. The annual sale was in the range of Rs.12 million and next phase ambition was to reach Rs.30 million with 35% exports.

Market Entry Strategy report (Export Marketing Plan) – The team participated enthusiastically in the process of evolving the MES report which gave them insights into the Europe market, company diagnosis and understanding specific action which lead to growth in export market.
Business Leads – Several leads were generated from Italy, UK based on search training provided by TEDO and sample order from Italy received for Hydraulic parts.
Training – Core Team members participated in interactive sessions held to fill-up gaps in executive capabilities to handle global trade. Company moved from 3 to 5 on 1-10 scale of export-worthiness.
